Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping

 

All items are shipped via UPS ground. UPS shipping rates will apply.


Items in oversized packages may incur extra charges. 


All in stock items will ship ASAP (typically 1-5 business days)


Because many items ship directly from the manufacturer it is sometimes necessary to add an additional 1-2 business days 


Shipping cost is calculated through UPS and depends upon where shipment is going, box size, and weight


Tracking

 When your order has left the warehouse you will recieve an email with the UPS tracking number. With that number you are then able to track your package and know exactly when it will arrive.

 

Damage Claim

We try to ship and pack carefully, but in this day and age of quick shipping things can happen. If an item is damaged due to shipping contact UPS at www.ups.com to file a claim within 48 hrs of receipt of goods. Please also contact us @ 1-509-760-8939 or drop us an email at  customerservice@lovethedecor.com. We will do everything we can to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible after the claim has been filed.
